Founded in 2003 as Handy Healthcare we opened multiple retail stores across North West England supplying mobility products. Over the next decade with the rise of the online retail space and the increasing overheads of physical locations we closed our retail stores to focus solely online. This means lower prices for you. When browsing our site you’ll see that we are able to offer up to 70% off RRP on lot’s of mobility scooters and powerchairs. This wouldn’t be possible if we had a high street presence.
Since 2016 we’ve been offering finance on mobility scooters and powerchairs and now offer finance on any purchase over £280 to make our range more affordable to those on a budget, allowing the purchase cost to be spread over up to 4 years.
We’ve kept all the positives of a high street presence by retaining our 15 year veteran staff who are still available to answer any queries and support by phone and live chat.
Unlike other online retailers we provide aftercare for your mobility scooter. Every purchase comes with a 12 month guarantee as standard. You can even take out insurance to cover incidents not covered by the guarantee such as theft, damage (full details here) even better we give you the first 3 months free.
Once you’ve owned your scooter for 12 months we’ll check in with you to advise you on any servicing and maintenance that’s recommended.
