Delivery & Returns
Free Delivery:
Your purchase will be delivered direct to your door by our delivery partner FedEx for orders placed before 1pm your order will be dispatched the same working day.
Delivery is prebooked with you by the courier and is generally within 48 hours of collection from us.
Assembled (Batteries & seat etc fitted) full pre delivery inspection & packaging removed from £79:
Delivered unboxed preassembled. We recommend this option for any scooter faster than 6 mph as these can arrive partially dismantled to make them easier to ship in boxes. Please contact us if unsure.
Returns:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period we cannot accept any returns.
- You must return your order to "Great British Mobility, Mobility House, Owen Street, Preston, PR1 5DT", We recommend TNT/FedEx to do this.
- At your cost we can arrange carriage for you on larger items provided you have retained the original packing material.
- To receive a full refund the product(s) must be returned complete, unused, and in an undamaged state.
1 Year Premium Warranty
In the event of the product purchased from "Great British Mobility" being sold on, the 12-month warranty is not transferable.
Should you encounter a failure in your product we are able to offer a repair or replacement through this warranty.
In the case of such a failure, providing the scooter is located in mainland UK Great British Mobility will arrange collection at which point the warranty repairs and returning the item to you will be completed free of charge

Excel G-Logic
The G-Logic is very lightweight at less than 12 kg and super convenient to take with you on travels, thanks to the fold-down back, detachable footrests, removable wheels, detachable upholstery and folding frame.
Customise Your Mobility
The unique thing about the G-Logic is that it can be assembled using three different frame colors and four different seat and back upholstery sets. The G-Logic is available in the frame colors black, silver and white and with upholstery colors blue-black, red-black, orange-black and brown-black.
Puncture Proof Tyres
The Excel G-Logic is equipped with lightweight rear wheels with a new generation of polyurethane leak-proof tires. This means lower rolling resistance and this makes the G-Logic a lot lighter.
Excellent Attention To Detail
With the design of the G-Logic, eye for detail certainly comes forward. For example, the G-Logic arm rests are height-adjustable. This is useful when the G-Logic has to be driven at the table. The backrest is half folded down, which is not only useful when carrying, but also when a jacket needs to be pulled on or off by the occupant.
