Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders, the order will be sent by courier on a next day service. Please note however it may be 2-3 days for delivery due to how large items can sometimes be delayed by the courier for operational reasons.

Free courier delivery does not include assembly of the scooter or bringing it into your house, If you do not have help to do this or are not comfortable with the self-assembly or your scooter please either arrange for a friend or family member to help you or consider the serviced delivery option.

Orders placed Fri-Sun will be shipped Monday

Same Day Despatch is conditional upon the item being in stock and any prospective finance application being completed and agreed before the cut-off of 2:30 pm.

What happens when I order and choose ‘Serviced Delivery’?

A trained engineer will come out to deliver your product at a pre-arranged convenient time.

All products receive a full pre-delivery inspection and assembly prior to delivery.

You will receive a comprehensive free demonstration to ensure you are fully aware how to use the equipment.

We will then give you an essential user safety brief and leave you with a manual to cover all aspects of daily use.

Ordering

  • When browsing our site simply click add to cart to start your order.
  • When you are finished browsing and want to place your order simply click checkout from your cart.
  • If you are chronically sick or disabled you may be entitled to VAT exemption on the majority of our products, don’t forget to enter details on the checkout page to automatically discount VAT.
  • On the checkout page choose your preferred payment method or choose finance to apply for credit.
  • Now choose your delivery method, We have many options for delivery dependent on what type of product you are purchasing. We do recommend if you are purchasing a Scooter, Powerchair or Rise/Recliner you give our White Glove Delivery service some consideration.

Once your order is completed you’ll receive email confirmation and our staff will get to work on preparing your order. Expect to receive a phone call within 24 hours to confirm your delivery date.
