Delivery & Returns
Free Delivery:
Your purchase will be delivered direct to your door by our delivery partner DXDelivery, for orders placed before 1pm your order will be dispatched the same working day.
Delivery is prebooked with you by the courier and is generally within 48 hours of collection from us.
White Glove Delivery £79:
We will unpack, assemble and inspect your purchase. We will then contact you to arrange delivery on a date that works for you.
This delivery method includes a demonstration of the product on delivery and can include minor alterations you need doing to the product such as seat adjustment.
Returns:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period we cannot accept any returns.
- You must return your order to "Great British Mobility, Mobility House, Owen Street, Preston, PR1 5DT", We recommend TNT/FedEx to do this.
- At your cost we can arrange carriage for you on larger items provided you have retained the original packing material.
- To receive a full refund the product(s) must be returned complete, unused, and in an undamaged state.

In the event of the product purchased from "Great British Mobility" being sold on, the 12-month warranty is not transferable.
Should you encounter a failure in your product we are able to offer a repair or replacement through this warranty.
In the case of such a failure, providing the scooter is located in mainland UK Great British Mobility will arrange collection at which point the warranty repairs and returning the item to you will be completed free of charge

The easy to use delta tiller control system, which comes a standard with the Scout, is quick and easy to use and allows simple control that suits your needs. A delta tiller is a wraparound style bar which minimises stress on your hands and allows you to rest your wrists on the handle.
