How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 2 working days. A few brands build to order and take a little longer — where that applies it is stated on the product page itself, so you will know before you buy. We email you when your order leaves us.
What White Glove delivery includes
Standard free delivery brings your item to your door in its box, ready for the small amount of assembly most products need. White Glove is the alternative if you would rather not do any of that:
- Batteries, seat and any other parts fitted for you
- A full pre-delivery inspection before it leaves us
- Delivered unboxed and assembled, ready to use
- All the packaging taken away
We recommend it for any scooter faster than 6 mph, as those often travel partly dismantled so they can be boxed safely. If you are not sure which you need, ring us on 0800 593 0400 and we will tell you honestly.
Where we deliver
We deliver to England, Wales and most of Scotland. There are three exceptions, and they are all about whether a carrier will safely take a heavy, boxed machine to you.
Areas we need to quote for first
For large items going to the Scottish Highlands and islands we have to price the delivery individually, so please call us free on 0800 593 0400 before ordering and we will sort it out with you on the phone. Smaller orders under £50 go by Royal Mail as normal and can be bought online in the usual way.

The Isle of Wight
We deliver to the Isle of Wight (PO30–41) for a flat £55 on orders of £50 or more. White Glove delivery is not available there. Orders under £50 go by Royal Mail at the usual £4.99.
Areas we cannot deliver to
We are sorry — we are not able to deliver to these at all:
- Northern Ireland
- Orkney (KW15–17) and Shetland (all ZE postcodes)
- Isle of Man (all IM postcodes)
- Jersey and Guernsey (all JE and GY postcodes)
