Delivery & Returns

Free Delivery:

Your purchase will be delivered direct to your door by our delivery partner DXDelivery for orders placed before 1pm your order will be dispatched the same working day.

Delivery is prebooked with you by the courier and is generally within 48 hours of collection from us.

Assembled (Batteries & seat etc fitted) full pre delivery inspection & packaging removed £89:

Delivered unboxed preassembled. We recommend this option for any scooter faster than 6 mph as these can arrive partially dismantled to make them easier to ship in boxes. Please contact us if unsure.

Returns:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period we cannot accept any returns.
• You must return your order to "Great British Mobility, Mobility House, Owen Street, Preston, PR1 5DT", We recommend TNT/FedEx to do this.
• At your cost we can arrange carriage for you on larger items provided you have retained the original packing material. 
• To receive a full refund the product(s) must be returned complete, unused, and in an undamaged state.
