Summary:

The mLite weighs just 17.8kg making it the lightest folding mobility scooter on the UK market. The easy to remove lithium battery pack weighs just 1.85kg and offers the option of both on and off board charging. The battery even has a handy status indicator to show quickly when removed how charged the battery is.

Style & Design

Using a revolutionary quick and simple sliding mechanism the mLite offers both a comfortable spacious ride when unfolded but is still one of the most compact scooters on the market when folded. This allows it to fit in any car boot, or even the rear footwell of most cars. The extendable handle also offers the ability to easily manoeuvre when folded, making it even easier to store or travel with using public transport.

Size & Weight Capacity

Despite its compact size the mLite has an outstanding 18 stone weight limit and a powerful motor which allows it to outperform most small scooters on the market. The extra soft compound solid tyres and soft rubber seat also provide a level of comfort usually only provided on larger scooters.

You may have already seen this scooter sold as the minimus mobility scooter on the high street.

All of our new products come with a 12 month warranty as standard. If you encounter an issue with your product you are advised to call us first on 0161 711 0711 where we will be able to advise on the best course of action.

In the event of the product purchased from "Great British Mobility" being sold on, the 12-month warranty is not transferable.

Should you encounter a failure in your product we are able to offer a repair or replacement through this warranty.

In the case of such a failure, providing the scooter is located in our service area Great British Mobility will arrange collection at which point the warranty repairs and returning the item to you will be completed free of charge

Consumable items such as bulbs and fuses are excluded from this warranty.

Great British Mobility aims to collect faulty products for repair/replacement within 5 working days and endeavour to return them as soon as possible.

The following exclusion & terms apply to our 12 month at home warranty:

• Carriage costs to and from our workshop where an item is found to not be faulty - we reserve the right to charge the customer a deposit to and from their premises up to the value of £89. This is not a punitive charge and simply covers our carriage costs should there be no fault found. If a genuine fault is found with the product, this deposit will be fully refunded.
• Our engineers will make every effort to confirm a fault exists and exclude the possibility of user error by telephone before a call out is booked.
• Batteries are covered by a 12 month return to base manufacturer warranty. 
• Perishable (wear and tear) components on mobility products, such as getting a puncture.
• Damage caused by the operator such as knocks/scrapes, damage from liquids, fire etc

The 12 month warranty will not cover the products if they have been misused, damaged or vandalised, or any attempt to make a repair has been carried out by a third-party or none authorised company.

Should the item break down due to damage including water ingress, misuse, physical or otherwise any call-outs will encounter a call out fee of up to £89 (dependent on distance) and repairs may be chargeable.

The following postcodes are offered a return to base warranty, We are able to arrange courier collection on your behalf for a reasonable fee. We also regret we are unable to provide at home repairs/servicing for these postcodes.
