Premier Rise Recliner Chair

The power adjustable headrest adjusts the position of your head, neck, and shoulders for maximum support. The power adjustable lumbar enables you to personalize your comfort. The footrest extension allows you to relax and stretch out completely. The USB remote adjusts all functions independently and allows you to charge your smart device. The Dorchester really goes that extra step to ensure comfort but as well makes changing position as easy as possible via the handset that even has its very own holder/

Infinite Position Lift Chair

The Pride range of dual motor Lift Chairs operates the backrest and footrest separately, using a dual motor design. This means you can choose from infinite positions. The Dorchester allows you to switch between functions to reach an optimised comfort. What this means is it not only reclines, it also has a lift & tilt function.

Meticulously Designed

The Dorchester remote allows you to control the independent dual motors of your riser to find your perfect position. It also features a handy USB charging port and LED lights, which help to pinpoint your chosen position. The Dorchester is designed to flow with your posture, that's why the backrest isn't just cushioned, it's a lateral backrest, making it ergonomically hug your body and keep you positioned right in the centre of the chair.

All of our new products come with a 12 month warranty as standard. If you encounter an issue with your product you are advised to call us first on 0161 711 0711 where we will be able to advise on the best course of action.

In the event of the product purchased from "Great British Mobility" being sold on, the 12-month warranty is not transferable.

Should you encounter a failure in your product we are able to offer a repair or replacement through this warranty.

In the case of such a failure, providing the scooter is located in our service area Great British Mobility will arrange collection at which point the warranty repairs and returning the item to you will be completed free of charge

Consumable items such as bulbs and fuses are excluded from this warranty.

Great British Mobility aims to collect faulty products for repair/replacement within 5 working days and endeavour to return them as soon as possible.

The following exclusion & terms apply to our 12 month at home warranty:

• Carriage costs to and from our workshop where an item is found to not be faulty - we reserve the right to charge the customer a deposit to and from their premises up to the value of £89. This is not a punitive charge and simply covers our carriage costs should there be no fault found. If a genuine fault is found with the product, this deposit will be fully refunded.
• Our engineers will make every effort to confirm a fault exists and exclude the possibility of user error by telephone before a call out is booked.
• Batteries are covered by a 12 month return to base manufacturer warranty. 
• Perishable (wear and tear) components on mobility products, such as getting a puncture.
• Damage caused by the operator such as knocks/scrapes, damage from liquids, fire etc

The 12 month warranty will not cover the products if they have been misused, damaged or vandalised, or any attempt to make a repair has been carried out by a third-party or none authorised company.

Should the item break down due to damage including water ingress, misuse, physical or otherwise any call-outs will encounter a call out fee of up to £89 (dependent on distance) and repairs may be chargeable.

The following postcodes are offered a return to base warranty, We are able to arrange courier collection on your behalf for a reasonable fee. We also regret we are unable to provide at home repairs/servicing for these postcodes.
