It's a big, stable 8 mph machine with suspension all round and chunky pneumatic tyres, so kerbs and rough pavement don't rattle you about. It carries up to 23 stone, and the large 55Ah batteries give a range of up to 26 miles — a full day out, not just a trip to the corner shop.
It's a solid, full-size machine rather than a folding boot scooter — that's the trade-off for the comfort, stability and range — and it charges overnight from a normal plug socket, so a hallway, porch, shed or garage suits it perfectly.
