This warranty covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of any parts that fail due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
2. Free Home Callouts for Manufacturing Faults
If a manufacturing fault occurs during the warranty period, we will arrange a home visit by one of our engineers free of charge, provided:

-
Our workshop will test the batteries using industry-standard methods.
-
If the test shows a manufacturing defect, we will replace the batteries at no cost.
-
If the test shows the batteries have not been charged or maintained correctly, we will:
-
Contact you with our findings.
-
Provide advice on how to improve or restore performance where possible.
-
If the batteries are beyond recovery, we will provide a quotation for replacement batteries and, if accepted, dispatch them to you once payment has been received.
