Single or dual motor — what is the difference?
Single motor moves the backrest and footrest together with one button — simple and effective. Dual motor lets you position each separately, which many people prefer for napping or watching TV.

What if it is not right for me?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Try it indoors the way you would in our showroom: sit on it, check the size and the feel. If it isn't right, keep the packaging and tell us within the 14 days. You can send it back to us, or we can collect it for our standard £89 call-out fee. Returned unused and in as-new condition, we'll exchange it or refund it. A scooter that has been ridden outdoors can't be sold as new, so we'd have to deduct for that. Faults are a different matter and are covered by the warranty.
