Your purchase will be delivered boxed direct to your door by our delivery partner FedEx for orders placed before 1pm your order will be dispatched the same working day. Delivery is prebooked with you by the courier and is generally within 48 hours of collection from us.
White Glove Delivery: full pre-delivery inspection, demonstration on delivery & packaging removed from £79:
We recommend this option for any scooter faster than 6 mph as these can arrive partially dismantled to make them easier to ship in boxes. Please contact us if unsure.
Pallet £40: Built for you and sent out on a pallet, ideal for people who want the scooter/powerchair delivered built but don't need or want the demonstration.

The Drive TraveLite Aluminium Travel Chair offers lightweight and portable mobility. With the ability to easily fold into a compact size to be carried in the complimentary travel bag, you'll be able to travel virtually anywhere with this portable wheelchair. Sturdy yet lightweight, this is an occasional use chair that's ideal for many situations, from shopping trips to holidays.
Intelligent Design
Not only does the TraveLite fold, it folds to approximately a third of the size of a traditional folding wheelchair, this is helped by the lightweight aluminium frame that weighs just 10 Kg. The padded armrests flip up for easy transfers and allow the user to get close to a table or desk comfortably. Multiple cross braces offer additional strength and allow the TraveLite Aluminium travel chair to carry a user weight of up to 18 stone, comfortably.

1. What’s covered
For 12 months from when you bought it, we’ll fix or replace anything that breaks because it was made wrong—not because it wore out, was damaged, or wasn’t looked after.
2. Free home callouts
If something covered by the warranty goes wrong while your
scooter is in Mainland England, Scotland, or Wales, we’ll send an
engineer to your home for free—except for batteries (see next section).
3. Batteries – how their warranty works
Batteries have a return-to-base warranty only.
That means:
- If you think your batteries are faulty, you send them to our head office.
- We’ll test them in our workshop.
- If they fail because of a manufacturing fault, we’ll send you
replacements for free. - If the problem is because they weren’t charged or maintained correctly, we
will:
- Call you to explain what we found.
- Give you tips on how to fix or improve the batteries (if possible).
- If the batteries can’t be recovered, we’ll give you a price for new ones
and send them once payment is received.
4. What’s not covered by free callouts
Some problems are normal wear and tear or accidental damage,
so they aren’t covered by free visits. These include:
- Things that wear out: bulbs, fuses, tyres, inner tubes, brake pads
- Punctures
- Batteries (see section 3)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs
- Routine servicing or adjustments
We can still come out for these, but we’ll charge our standard callout and repair rates.
5. London visits
If you’re in Greater London, any home visit has a £40 surcharge, even for warranty repairs. This covers parking,
congestion/emission charges, and the extra travel time London traffic causes.
