Will it fit in my car boot?
Yes — the Valiant comes apart, and the heaviest single piece is 20.1 Kg (about 60 Kg all together). Tell us your car over the phone and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
Do I need a licence or insurance?
The Valiant does 4 MPH, so it's a Class 2 pavement scooter — no licence, no DVLA registration, and you can use it the day it arrives. Insurance isn't a legal requirement; we recommend it, and your first month is free with every scooter we sell.
Is it assembled when it arrives?
It arrives ready to go apart from clicking the battery in, typically within 2 working days. If you'd rather not do anything at all, our White Glove service fits the batteries and seat, inspects it and takes the packaging away.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 14 days to try it at home. If it's not right, we'll exchange it or collect it for a refund.
