The Manual Fold+ is one of the lightest scooters we sell at 19.8 kg all-in — up to 3 kg lighter than the original — and it folds in under 12 seconds with the simple red release handle. There's a carry handle under the seat, and the removable 10Ah lithium pack is airline-friendly, charging on or off the scooter.
It travels up to 9 miles on a charge (over two hours at full speed), carries up to 19 stone, and small touches matter: anti-tip wheels, an anti-rollback system for hills, flip-up removable armrests and extra-padded removable cushions. At 4 mph it's ready the day it arrives — no registration, no licence. Comes in blue or red.

Will it fit in my car boot?
Yes — the Manual Fold + comes apart, and the heaviest single piece is 19.8kg (about 19.8 Kg all together). Tell us your car over the phone and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
Do I need a licence or insurance?
The Manual Fold + does 4 MPH, so it's a Class 2 pavement scooter — no licence, no DVLA registration, and you can use it the day it arrives. Insurance isn't a legal requirement; we recommend it, and your first month is free with every scooter we sell.
Is it assembled when it arrives?
It arrives ready to go apart from clicking the battery in, typically within 2 working days. If you'd rather not do anything at all, our White Glove service fits the batteries and seat, inspects it and takes the packaging away.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 14 days to try it at home. If it's not right, we'll exchange it or collect it for a refund.
