The Silver Sport is a self-propelled chair — its large 24" rear wheels with lightweight handrims let you push yourself, while an attendant can also push and brake from the handles. The robust silver-vein steel frame is the traditional, dependable choice: stable, durable, and it still folds flat for storage and transport.
It carries up to 18 stone, rides on solid puncture-proof tyres (nothing to maintain), and the swing-away, height-adjustable footrests make getting on and off easy. If the chair will mostly be pushed by someone else and lifted into cars often, a lighter transit chair may suit better — call us free and we'll help you choose.

Self-propelled or transit — which do I need?
Self-propelled chairs have large rear wheels you push yourself; transit chairs are lighter, with small rear wheels, designed for a companion to push. If you'll do both, self-propelled usually makes sense.
Will it fit in the boot?
Our wheelchairs fold flat. The Silver Sport weighs 19 Kg, which is the figure that matters since someone will be lifting it in and out.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 14 days to try it at home. If it's not right, we'll exchange it or collect it for a refund.
